Dee Valley World Heritage Site Area

In 2009 UNESCO awarded World Heritage status to 11 miles of canal covering the counties of Wrexham, Denbighshire and Shropshire. The World Heritage Site includes many features including the Chirk Aqueduct, Pontcysyllte Aqueduct and Horseshoe Falls.
